The ULS Partner acts as the strategic partner and primary point of coordination for the assigned ULS ecosystem, building a deep understanding of institutional priorities, decision-making and funding pathways, and patient access challenges, including partnership solutions.
The role connects external healthcare system needs with company priorities, building on cross-functional co-creation and implementing solutions that improve patient access, generate value for the healthcare system and support sustainable business outcomes.”
Responsibilities
• Define vision and partnership matrix of the ULS network
• Execute transversal and individualized account planning, including management of priorities agreed with business units
• Monitor context with prioritization of opportunities and build value solutions with ULS
• Participate in the identification, construction, and implementation of cross or above ULS projects of importance
• Monitor and demonstrate results through data-driven analysis, dashboards
• Cover assigned ULS portfolio
• Drive access management for the assigned medicines, ensuring clear and actionable patient access path within the relevant ULS decision and funding circuits
• Manage relationships with external ULSs and related entities
• Cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Policy and other relevant functions around agreed ULS priorities.
Qualifications
Required
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a healthcare and/or pharmaceutical context
• Knowledge of the health context, including ULS, funding, and decision circuits
• Ability to build relationships, trust, and communicate
• Proficiency in reading data, KPIs, translating insights into solution building, strategic context and impact analysis, and use of digital tools and AI
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility of allocation
• Commitment to compliance, ethical rigor, and adherence to our company policies
Preferred
• Experience in building partnership solutions
• Past experience in external activities
• Prior commercial driven experience, namely sales or account management functions
