About This Role: As a Procure to Pay Accounts Payable Intern, you will become an integral part of the P2P department, contributing significantly to the Accounts Payable processes. This 12-month internship offers a unique opportunity to learn the PTP process from a fresh perspective, applying your university-acquired accounting knowledge to real-world scenarios. You will gain valuable experience essential for a career in Finance functions within Shared Services. Within the Accounts Payable team, you will review and process third-party invoices for our international affiliates, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies. In conjunction with the Customer Service team, you'll analyze and address queries from both internal and external stakeholders, such as invoice status, payment inquiries, and invoice corrections. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth financial operations and enhancing stakeholder satisfaction. What You’ll Do:
• Review received documents from suppliers or affiliates to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Enter invoices and other accounting documents into Oracle ERP in accordance with internal procedures and policies.
• Prepare and analyze regular and ad-hoc accounts payable reports.
• Communicate with business partners and third parties as needed to resolve invoice inquiries or discrepancies.
• Support the Accounts Payable team with other invoice processing-related activities and sub-processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
• Comfortable working in Excel and financial ERPs (i.e., Oracle).

• Team-player mentality.
• An international mindset.
Preferred Skills:
• Additional language proficiency.
• Experience in a related internship or role.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP.
Additional Employment Conditions
• We offer a paid internship program (12 months) with 32 hours of internship per week.
• An hourly rate is 31,40 PLN.
• Please note that the role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland
