Relationship Building: Establish and sustain long-term, collaborative relationships with physicians, pharmacists, nurses and administrators to align on pathways, address barriers, and coordinate care across the ecosystem. Capability Building in the Ecosystem: Increase knowledge of our oncology value proposition and label data across MDTs and DMUs using tailored content, channels and techniques that drive informed, timely treatment decisions. Scientific Exchange and Education: Arrange and deliver multidisciplinary workshops, and coordinate impactful speaker programs with physician advocates and KOLs to shape clinical understanding and practice, tracking shifts in awareness and adoption.

Sales Delivery and Budget Ownership: Drive demand and ensure forecasts meet or exceed expectations while managing budgets with rigor and visibility, using disciplined performance management and funnel health reviews.

Promotion with Purpose: Promote brand benefits using balanced, compliant messaging and the right mix of tools to enable appropriate utilization aligned to national and local guidelines, optimizing channel mix for reach and impact. Cross-Functional Insight Sharing: Feed partner insights back into product development, marketing and sales to sharpen strategy and execution, informing future launches and local access strategies.
