The Position This is a role with a fixed term contract 12 months initially with the possibility to prolong. The employment contract will be concluded via our vendor providing employee lease service.

Join our sales team at Roche d.o.o. as an Account Manager / Product Specialist for Pathology and take on a key role in managing customer relations, sales processes, and professional application support within pathology laboratories.

Travel within Croatia expected: 70 %

The Opportunity

As part of our dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for:

• Key Account Management: Developing long-term relationships with assigned key institutions and driving sales activities in line with the marketing strategy.

• Achieving Sales Targets: Participating in the creation and successful implementation of the annual sales plan for the pathology portfolio.

• Deployment Project Management: Managing the introduction of new analyzers, from gathering data for offers and contracts to coordinating technical installations and tracking customer satisfaction.

• Professional & Application Support: Providing expert support and conducting user training for pathology analyzers to ensure seamless operations for our customers.

• Public Tender Management: Tracking, preparing data, and processing requests for participation in public tenders in cooperation with the Sales Lead and Tender Specialists.

• Collaboration & Administration: Working closely with the Marketing department to execute strategies and maintaining up-to-date activity records in the CRM tool.

Who You Are

You are innovative, driven, and eager to grow with us. You are the ideal candidate if you possess:

• University Degree in Natural Sciences (such as Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Laboratory Biomedicine, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Microbiology, or related fields)

• Proven (2+ years) working hands-on laboratory experience using molecular biology techniques (e.g. cell isolation or quantitative PCR) OR experience in the marketing and sales of in vitro diagnostic (IVD) medical devices

• Proficient knowledge of the MS Office suite

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and the local language at the native level

• Strong agility, a passion for advancing healthcare, a collaborative team spirit, and a high level of integrity and communication skills

• A valid category B driver's license
