requirements
• You are a Diploma holder in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Instrumentation, Mechanical, or equivalent (5+ years’ experience in a chemical/processing plant). • You have hands-on experience with utility systems in a medium-to-large plant. • You can read P&IDs, process diagrams, instrument drawings, and have basic control system knowledge (SCADA/DCS/PLC basics). • You understand energy management, water treatment, effluent handling, and waste minimization concepts. • You are familiar with LOTO, safety regulations, and basic process safety practices. • You communicate effectively, work well in teams, and can operate across shifts. • Perform preventive maintenance Basic Qualifications • Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Instrumentation, Mechanical, or equivalent. • 5+ years’ experience in a chemical/processing environment. • Proficiency with SOPs, logbooks, and basic data recording. • Familiarity with safety systems and regulatory requirements. Preferred Qualifications • PSSR/HAZOP training or related certification. • Experience with CMMS, TPM, RCA, energy projects. • Knowledge of energy, water, and waste optimization initiatives. • Exposure to automation and data logging/reporting tools.
