We are looking for a Global Marketing Director, TROP-2 ADC to join our Global Oncology Franchise Team in Gaithersburg, MD. This is a high-impact global role for a senior commercial leader whose strongest asset is brand strategy and who thrives in shaping growth beyond a single indication. You will help define how TROP-2 ADC evolves across tumor types, lead pan-tumor and above-brand strategy, and influence the commercial choices that will shape the brand’s future. This role reports to the Global Franchise Head, TROP-2 ADC and Lung Cancer.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Global Marketing Director,TROP-2 ADC , you will play a central role in shaping the long-term commercial direction of the brand. Working across the organization, you will translate scientific opportunity, customer insight, and market dynamics into clear strategic choices that support growth and improve outcomes for patients.
You will contribute commercial insight to the clinical development program, helping assess new opportunities and informing investment decisions through strong business cases grounded in customer understanding, competitive intelligence, and market analysis. You will lead indication-agnostic and pan-tumor brand strategy across the portfolio, shaping the brand narrative and advancing above-brand initiatives that strengthen TROP-2 ADC's positioning in a rapidly evolving oncology landscape.
You will also lead strategic work across adverse event support programs, omnichannel engagement, congress strategy, and above-brand communications, while driving alignment across a broad cross-functional network that includes Global Product Teams, Medical, Market Access, Diagnostics, regional teams, country teams, and other Oncology Business Unit partners. In addition, you will contribute to financial planning and governance, identify opportunities to maximize cross-franchise synergies, and help shape partnerships and market-facing initiatives that create long-term value.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Oncology pharmaceutical development and commercialization.
• Experience supporting or leading successful brand launches in key markets.
• Strong strategic thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to influence across a complex matrix organization.
• Strong scientific acumen, intellectual curiosity, and learning agility.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to turn insights into effective brand strategy.
• A strong understanding of the strategic and operational drivers of in-market success.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across scientific and commercial teams.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
• Sales or other customer-facing experience.
• Experience in both market and global commercial organizations.

This role is based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, home to the US Headquarters for the Global Oncology Business Unit. Our approach to work is flexible, while recognizing the value of in-person collaboration. Employees are generally expected to work from the office a minimum of three days per week on average, with flexibility built in where possible.
COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $260,000 to $320,000 USD. Base pay is determined by several factors, including market location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. In addition, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive bonus, and where applicable, participation in an equity-based long-term incentive program.
