THE OPPORTUNITY

The Associate Product Manager plays an important role in supporting and executing the end-to-end Pharma marketing strategy, managing key in-line portfolio areas across Anesthesia, Hematology and HIV, supporting day-to-day DKSH Alliance operations under the leadership of the Marketing Manager, and preparing for the future HIV pipeline. Through strong execution, cross-functional collaboration and customer insight, this role contributes to sustainable portfolio performance, launch readiness and expanded patient access, and reports directly to the Marketing Manager.

• This role will focus on:

• Support and accelerate the Pharma portfolio’s growth through strong brand planning and execution.

• Drive portfolio performance and lifecycle management across Anesthesia, Hematology and HIV.

• Support DKSH Alliance day-to-day operations by executing agreed priorities, tracking performance and following through on actions under the direction of the Marketing Manager.

• Prepare for the HIV pipeline through market insight, cross-functional readiness and launch planning.

• Strengthen Sales Force capabilities to ensure best-in-class field execution.

• Expand patient access by partnering closely with Access teams and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Strategic & Marketing Leadership

• Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive Marketing Plans across Anesthesia, Hematology and HIV that deliver strong and sustainable performance.

• Support end-to-end product lifecycle management, including in-market optimization, tender and access planning, and loss-of-exclusivity preparation where applicable.

• Lead day-to-day brand planning and execution, ensuring strategies are translated into clear objectives, tactics, milestones and performance measures.

• Analyze market evolution, competitive trends, customer needs and business performance, translating insights into strategic actions and timely plan adjustments.

• Prepare for the HIV pipeline by supporting market landscaping, stakeholder mapping, segmentation, positioning, forecasting and launch readiness planning.

DKSH Alliance Execution Support

• Support the Marketing Manager, who serves as DKSH Alliance lead, by coordinating day-to-day execution across the assigned Pharma portfolio.

• Execute agreed joint priorities, ways of working, governance cadence, performance expectations and escalation follow-up as directed by the Marketing Manager.

• Coordinate customer coverage, call plans, promotional priorities, capability building and execution standards in line with brand strategy and Marketing Manager guidance.

• Track agreed KPIs, business performance, risks, opportunities and corrective actions for regular alliance reviews.

• Ensure assigned alliance execution activities meet the company standards for compliance, quality, brand integrity and execution excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Access Expansion

• Work closely with Medical, Sales, Access, Regulatory, Finance and Supply teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence.

• Co-lead access and tender initiatives with internal and external partners to broaden patient reach and expand business opportunities.

• Build strong and credible partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders and relevant external stakeholders.

• Coordinate cross-functional HIV pipeline workstreams, readiness milestones, key assumptions, risks and dependencies.

Sales Enablement

• Translate brand strategy into clear, actionable go-to-market plans that enable strong and consistent field execution.

• Design, enhance, and implement Sales Force Training programs that uplift capability and ensure consistent brand execution.

• Provide clear brand messaging, campaign materials and insights to strengthen field performance.

• Act as a key partner to Sales leadership in identifying execution gaps and continuous improvement opportunities.

Resource & Performance Management

• Manage promotional budgets and resources responsibly to maximize return on investment while ensuring full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Support relevant P&L components, including demand forecasting, promotional spend and key performance drivers, demonstrating strong commercial and financial acumen.

• Contribute to forecasting, scenario planning and business reviews, supporting informed decision-making by leadership.

• Maintain disciplined project plans and performance dashboards for brands, assigned alliance execution activities and pipeline readiness.

Governance, Compliance & Ways of Working

• Ensure all marketing and assigned alliance execution activities are fully compliant with company policies, industry codes and local regulatory requirements.

• Champion high standards of marketing excellence, governance and cross-functional ways of working.

• Proactively identify risks and mitigation actions related to brand reputation, compliance, supply and execution quality, escalating alliance-related issues to the Marketing Manager as appropriate.

​ WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical experience in Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations or a related role; prior pharmaceutical marketing experience is preferred.

• Experience in brand planning, campaign execution, product lifecycle management or launch preparation is an advantage.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and working with external partners, distributors or agencies is preferred.

• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into effective marketing actions.

• Solid understanding of digital, data-driven marketing and analytics.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on performance, ROI and compliance.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented team player with strong customer focus, learning agility and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for expanding patient access to innovative medicines and building a career in pharmaceutical marketing
