Strategic Account Management

• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for assigned hospitals and healthcare institutions.

• Analyze account dynamics, patient pathways, treatment landscapes, and market opportunities.

• Identify growth opportunities and implement customized strategies to achieve sales objectives.

• Monitor account performance and adjust strategies based on changing market conditions.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, pharmacists, nurses, administrators, and decision-makers.

• Conduct effective scientific and business discussions with customers.

• Develop partnerships that enhance patient access and optimize treatment adoption.

• Maintain regular customer interactions and provide value-added solutions to stakeholders.

Business Development & Execution

• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators within assigned territories.

• Identify and influence key treatment decision points that impact patient access.

• Execute promotional activities, educational programs, and account initiatives in accordance with compliance standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, Market Access, Marketing, and Patient Support Programs.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, treatment guidelines, and reimbursement changes.

• Gather customer insights and translate findings into actionable business strategies.

• Provide timely and accurate market feedback to internal stakeholders.

Compliance & Ethics

• Conduct all activities in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of customer interactions and business activities.

Required Qualifications Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Nursing, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related healthcare field.

Experience Mandatory

• Minimum 1 year of Oncology experience within the Siriraj Hospital territory.

• Minimum 2-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

• Demonstrated experience managing key accounts in major tertiary-care or academic hospitals.

Preferred

• Experience in Oncology and/or Hematology therapeutic areas.

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and complex hospital stakeholders.

• Experience launching new products or driving patient access initiatives.

• Experience with government and university hospitals.
