🎯 What you'll do

• Co-lead the brand strategy and execution for vaccines in private and public markets.

• Drive market share, revenue, and access in a highly competitive vaccines landscape.

• Build and orchestrate omnichannel campaigns for HCPs, nurses, pharmacists, lay public, and other key stakeholders, maximizing impact through optimal channel mix.

• Partner cross-functionally with Medical, Access, Commercial, and Global/Regional teams.

• Tailor regional/global brand strategies to local market needs and define local priorities for business.

• Develop and implement solutions that focus on addressing simplification to patient journey and improving patient outcomes with positive impact and return on investment for our business.

• Find new go-to-market models to unlock quick-win opportunities for growth.

• Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders such as KOLs, medical societies, and policy makers.

• Monitor brand performance and market dynamics through data and analytics, translating insights into actionable strategic decisions.

• Own the planning and management of promotional investments, ensuring ROI and compliance.

• Leverage AI tools and data analytics to accelerate insights, content generation, and strategic decision-making.

✅ What you bring

• 5+ years in pharma, with 3+ years in Marketing / Product Management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or other scientific field (MBA is a plus).

• Experience in Vaccines or high-complexity franchises is highly desirable.

• Track record in brand planning, launches, and cross-functional leadership.

• Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) applied to productivity, analytics, content, or insights — with a mindset of "AI as copilot, human as pilot".

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic action.

• Strong process and project management skills, agile in a fast-paced environment, resourceful, and solution-oriented.

• Ability to contribute to and lead multifunctional agile teams, orchestrating peers to remove barriers and achieve goals.

• Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and advanced presentation skills.

• Ability to adapt, organize, prioritize, and thrive in a constantly changing, matrix environment.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Familiarity with pharma compliance and regulatory environment (ANVISA, LGPD, industry codes).

• Courage, ownership, and passion for changing patients' lives.
