Your new role In this role, you will be a trusted financial partner to the business, providing the analysis and insight that drives smarter decision-making across the organisation. You'll work at the intersection of finance and strategy, combining analytical rigour with commercial awareness to shape how we allocate resources and measure performance.

Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering financial analysis, forecasting and business performance reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making - Partnering closely with business stakeholders to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities for value creation - Supporting the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities - Preparing and presenting financial insights to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear recommendations - Driving continuous improvement of financial processes, tools and reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency - Contributing to ad hoc financial projects and investment case evaluations as needed

Your new department You will join a collaborative business finance team that sits close to the operations it supports. The team plays a critical role in connecting financial performance with business strategy, and your analytical expertise will directly influence the decisions that help Novo Nordisk grow sustainably and reach more patients worldwide.

Your skills & qualifications We are looking for an experienced finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys turning data into decisions. To succeed in this role, you will bring: - A bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field - Several years of experience in business finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a similar analytical finance role, ideally within a large international organisation - Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and data analysis, with advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial audiences - A proactive and curious mindset, with strong attention to detail and a drive to improve processes and challenge the status quo - Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) is considered a plus
