Responsibilities OTC and Finance Activities ● Responsible for Customer Service, Cash Collection from customers, ● Complete month-end close to ensure all OTC processes are completed before month end. ● Liaise with distributor on SAP interfaces relating to sales of inventory to distributor. ● Responsible for master data maintenance in SAP relating to sales activities. ● Work with FP&A to establish product costing for new products and new budget year for both Singapore and Thailand. ● Responsible for the annual credit review for distributor for both Singapore and Thailand ● Provide support in GOTC projects for both Singapore and Thailand. ● Prepare daily sales reports for both Singapore and Malaysia. ● Work closely with FP&A to maintain inventory at appropriate level, within DOI requirements. ● Analyze inventory levels at distributor, historical usage and product demand to ensure sufficient replenishment to distributor. ● Propose monthly shipment quantity for Ceglene products for SG, TH & MY and align with FP&A. Upon confirmation, coordinate with distributors to place order to RDC. ● Work closely with commercial & distributor to review demand and determine PO quantity to maintain sufficient inventory at appropriate level for Malaysia. ● Reconcile and process monthly GTN claims and prepare GTN accruals for hard close for Singapore. ● Reconcile and prepare monthly/quarterly invoices or claims from distributor and prepare accruals monthly/quarterly for Malaysia & ADM. ● Prepare monthly reports to relevant functions, ie. Regulatory & Tax ● Review periodic control reports include quarterly doubtful debts review. Distribution Activities ● Provides operational support to the Business Units and stakeholders. ● Engage in market DCM & S&OP to keep updated on business operations and needs. ● Work closely with commercial to support New Product launches. ● Participate in business review meetings with distributors. Sales Force Excellence Activities ● Facilitate annual Incentive Compensation Plan preparation and implementation. ● Work with commercial managers and facilitate the quarterly sales target setting. ● Support SFE team in their preparation of quarterly incentive compensation payout to KAMs. ● Coordinate with distributor and update salesman tagging in distributor’s system. ● Prepare daily KAM’s performance dashboard. Other Features of Role ● Flexibility to changes and new activities; experience of system change, work transition, new projects go-live is a plus ● Comply with corporate practices, and support internal, external, and QA audits. ● Drives department effectiveness, identifies areas for continuous improvement and develops action plans to ensure successful implementation.
