Sales Analyst Intern (Walmart)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities of this role are to:

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop national and/or brand category plans and strategies for the assigned project, aligning Sales Strategy and Operations and Marketing objectives to customer needs;

• Assist in pulling and analyzing syndicated and customer POS data;

• Develop recommendations based on the analysis of data from various sources;

• Assist the team to enhance and improve business results;

• Communicate results, ideas, and/or suggestions both in written and verbal format;

• Interact with Bayer Consumer Health (BCH) colleagues in various job functions within Consumer Health Sales Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Customer Teams/Field Sales;

• Develop negotiation tactics to deliver mutually acceptable outputs;

• Upon completion of the internship, conduct an oral presentation of project results and key learnings to Bayer management.

WHO YOU ARE Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: Required Qualifications:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree within business or an MBA program and planning to obtain their degree between December of the current year or June of the following year;

• Solid written and verbal communication skills that allow for clear and concise presentations;

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail;

• Results-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables effectively;

• Proven problem-solving skills;

• Ability to demonstrate initiative, self-direction, and collaboration capabilities;

• Willing to commit to the entire 12 weeks, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday;

• Available May 2026 to August 2026;

• Must be eligible to work in the US now and in the future;

• Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);

• Able to provide own transportation to and from work office location;

• Ability to travel as needed for in-person meetings or training;

• Able to demonstrate work experience and/or capability in the following areas:

• Leadership

• Analytics

• Collaboration

• Communication

• Project management

• Self-direction and initiative.
