About the job Our Team: Sanofi Business Hub (SBO) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SBO strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally.
Main responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as senior analyst for US MASS (Market Access Shared Services) Team. This pivotal role will be responsible for spearheading all development activities related to pricing reporting solutions and market access analytics.

As we endeavour, we are seeking a dynamic talent for the role of “Senior Analyst” - We are looking for a team member to support our analytics team based out of US. Robust analytics is a priority for our businesses, as the product potential has major implications to a wide range of disciplines. - It is essential to have someone who understands and aspires to implement innovative analytics techniques to drive our insights generation.
People:
- Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders within the allocated GBU and tasks – with an end objective to develop report and analysis as per requirement - Collaborate with global stakeholders for project planning and setting up the timelines and maintaining budget Performance: - Translate business questions into analytical requirements and develop actionable reports, dashboards, and presentations with minimal supervision. - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (preferably in Power BI) with a strong focus on key business KPIs and performance metrics. - Analyze and leverage syndicated datasets (e.g., LAAD, APLD, IQVIA Sales data) to generate meaningful insights and support business decision-making. - Collaborate with Digital and data teams to enhance data accessibility, integrate multiple data sources, and improve data processes for better efficiency and quality. - Define, manage, and maintain business rules, KPI definitions, and reporting standards to ensure consistency across reports and dashboards. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics outputs and reporting requirements by working closely with relevant stakeholders. - Maintain and continuously update reports, dashboards, and presentation materials to align with evolving business needs. - Proactively identify opportunities for new analyses, reporting enhancements, and insight generation. - Develop and implement advanced analytical tools, automation solutions, and process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Process:
- Secure adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable standards - Use latest tools/technologies/methodologies and partner with internal teams to continuously improve data quality and availability by building business processes that support global standardization - Ability to work cross-functionally, gather requirements, analyse data, and generate insights and reports that can be used by the GBU
Stakeholder: - Work closely with global teams and/ external vendors to ensure the end-to-end effective project delivery of the designated publication/medical education deliverables - Work collaboratively with the stakeholder teams to prioritize work and deliver on time-sensitive requests
About you - Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in designing and developing dashboards with a strong understanding of data visualization principles, reporting standards, and best practices. Proficient in translating data into intuitive, user-friendly dashboards and visual stories. Working knowledge of datasets such as IQVIA, APLD, LAAD, etc. to support dashboard-driven insights is preferred. - Soft skills: Strong learning agility; Ability to manage ambiguous environments, and to adapt to changing needs of the business; Good interpersonal and communication skills; strong presentation skills a must; Team player who is curious, dynamic, result oriented and can work collaboratively; Ability to think strategically in an ambiguous environment; Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment, with ability to work across time zones; Demonstrated leadership and management in driving innovation and automation leveraging advanced statistical and analytical techniques
Technical skills:
- Strong expertise in dashboard design and development using tools such as Power BI (preferred), with focus on usability, performance, and KPI-driven reporting. - Proficient in data visualization best practices, including layout design, storytelling through dashboards, and creating intuitive user experiences. - Understanding of relational databases and data modelling concepts (fact/dimension design, relationships, data structuring for reporting). - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization to support dashboard performance. - Working knowledge of data platforms such as Snowflake or similar environments for scalable data handling. - Strong skills in supporting analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication is an added advantage. - Experience working with pharmaceutical datasets (e.g., IQVIA, APLD, LAAD, Specialty Pharma, Distributor, Claims data) to support reporting and dashboard requirements. - Documentation and governance practices for dashboards, including KPI definitions, data sources, and business rules. - Ability to handle multiple reporting and dashboarding requirements simultaneously.
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in areas such as Information Science/Operations/Management/Statistics/Decision Sciences/Engineering/Life Sciences/Business Analytics or related field (e.g., MBA / Masters); Languages: Excellent knowledge in English and strong communication skills – written and spoken Other Requirement: This role is a team contributor focused on development, delivery and communication of insights
