Health, Safety and Environment Specialist - VIE Contract

• Location: United States of America, Framingham

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Health, Safety and Environment Specialist VIE within our M&S team, you’ll assists in the implementation and monitoring of the company's Health, Safety, and Environment programs, provide support to members of the HSE group, assist with day-to-day administrative support for various members of the department, and with projects and research as needed.

Main responsibilities:

• Providing general administrative and digital support (Power BI, Power Apps, iObeya, Dec, GoGemba, Microsoft Forms, Excel.

• Coordinating and/or attending meetings with members of the department.

• Manage a project to update the department’s Environmental and Safety Management systems, preparing correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents.

• Utilize AI tools to help identify trends in HSE KPI,s both for proactive and reactive HSE data.

• Support ISO50001 and ISO14001 initiatives.

• Lead a project specific to migrating risk assessments from a local platform to QualiPSO.

• Support Mosaic initiatives as needed, reviewing global SOPs compared to local SOPs.

About you

Experience:

• At least 1 year full time work experience related to the position.

• Experience with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and other applicable regulatory requirements.

• Experience with iObeya, Dec, Power BI, Power Apps would be preferred.

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently and multitask in a fast, priority-switching environment.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Good working knowledge of Safety and Environmental regulations.

• Basic Computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.

• An authentic interest in Health, Safety, and Environment.

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or Environmental related disciplines.

Languages:

• Advanced English skills.
