• Minimimum HNC or equivalent, in either an Engineering or Scientific discipline. • Technical Expertise: 2+ years' experience in a hands on engineering role. • Problem Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently. • Customer focus: Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach. • Adaptability: Flexibility to travel and adapt to varying work environments. • Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently. • Experience: Previous field service experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Comprehensive training and onboarding will be provided. • Generate leads for new hardware, consumables, accessories, and service contracts via the current CRM tool.
