Minimum Qualifications: • Medical degree (MD, DO, or international equivalent) with prior clinical training and hands-on patient-care experience in a relevant medical specialty. • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic clinical research, or clinical development; candidates with strong clinical and academic research backgrounds motivated to transition into industry clinical development are also encouraged to apply. • Clinical experience in Rheumatology, Clinical Immunology, immune-mediated inflammatory diseases, Internal Medicine, or a closely related field. • Solid understanding of clinical trial conduct, medical monitoring principles, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Council for Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, and patient safety expectations. • Demonstrated ability to interpret clinical and safety data, identify medically relevant issues, and communicate findings clearly to cross-functional partners. • Proven ability to deliver assigned milestones and work effectively in a global matrix environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Board eligibility, board certification, fellowship training, or equivalent specialist qualification in Rheumatology, Clinical Immunology, Internal Medicine with immunology focus, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, or another relevant immune-mediated disease area. • Experience supporting clinical trial design, execution, data review, medical monitoring, or study-level decision-making. • Familiarity with global clinical trial conduct, regulatory submissions, and health authority interactions. • Experience preparing or reviewing clinical documents such as protocols, informed consent forms, investigator brochures, clinical study reports, or scientific communications. • Strong knowledge of drug development and clinical trial methodology in immune-mediated inflammatory diseases, rheumatology, or related therapeutic areas. Location: Billerica, MA, USA; Onsite (3x week) Travel: Pay range for this position: $200,800.00 - $301,300.00 The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
