Job Description

The PATIENT JOURNEY PARTNER (PJP) acts as the empowered leader and primary local contact of Roche in Turkmenistan. The PJP partners closely with all stakeholders directly touching the patient journey to gain a deep understanding of their needs, connect Roche’s capabilities, and co-create meaningful health solutions. Successful position holders are strategic thinkers, excellent communicators, and agile collaborators dedicated to delivering better outcomes for patients, the community, and the healthcare ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare stakeholders to remove roadblocks, optimize the patient journey, and unlock possibilities to deliver better care outcomes faster.

• Act as a trusted primary point of contact between local stakeholders and Roche, bringing ecosystem needs internally to secure and prioritize resources.

• Ethically steward Roche’s portfolio of products through their lifecycle, sharing their merits with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in a truthful, balanced manner.

• Leverage internal and external networks to source existing solutions, scale impact, and maximize operational efficiency without commercial sales targets.

• Drive digital health transformation across organizations, aligning local efforts with Roche’s vision of Personalized Health Care.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration and adhere strictly to all internal policies, compliance guidelines, and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: University degree (Medical Diploma required). An advanced degree in Life Sciences or MBA is a plus.

• Experience: Proven experience in an international pharmaceutical company (Medical Affairs, Commercial, or Healthcare Solutions) is preferred.

• Strong background in stakeholder management, medical affairs strategies, and understanding patient journeys.

• Deep familiarity with agile ways of working, entrepreneurial thinking, and cross-functional leadership.

• Languages: Languages ​​and skills: Fluent in Russian and Turkmen; English proficiency (spoken and written) at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher; excellent communication skills;
