requirements

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Additional education or certification in Business, Management, or Marketing is preferred. • >12 years of relevant experience in the life science / biopharma industry, with significant China market exposure. • >5 years of people management experience leading commercial or technical teams. • Strong knowledge of the China biopharma landscape, including domestic pharma/biotech, CDMOs, and the NMPA regulatory environment. • Proven commercial experience across the full sales cycle in the Biopharmaceutical industry. • Experience with biological production across modalities: mAbs, ADCs, vaccines, mRNA, Cell and/or Gene Therapy. • Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a matrixed, international organization.
