Director, ADME

YOUR ROLE: As Director , ADME at Enveda, you’ll build and lead a high-impact ADME function that helps move discovery programs from promising chemistry to development-ready candidates. Reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer, you’ll partner closely with Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology, Non-Clinical, and other scientific teams to define DMPK strategy, generate decision-quality data, and accelerate candidate selection. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where you’ll shape Enveda’s ADME capabilities, scientific strategy, and team while directly influencing the advancement of our drug discovery pipeline. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Provide scientific leadership on ADME–SAR, partnering with Medicinal Chemistry teams to improve druggability and guide compound optimization. Define and execute DMPK strategies across early discovery, lead optimization, and candidate selection. Lead the design, execution, interpretation, and communication of in vitro and in vivo ADME studies, including PK/PD strategy and bioanalytical methods. Build and lead a high-performing ADME organization, including talent development, SOPs, scientific capabilities, lab operations, CAPEX/OPEX planning, data integrity, quality, safety, and audit readiness.
