Position Summary: As a Subchapter Lead in the Global Digital Hub within Roche Services & Solutions, you ensure delivery of the Hub’s long-term outcomes, strategy, and priorities; inspire subchapter members to collaborate across the network and contribute to Roche’s Ten-Year Ambitions; drive embedding of the new operating model and role model agile collaboration; and help shape the Hub’s future by developing cutting-edge digital capabilities and supporting colleague development across Social Media Management, Channels & Publishing, Creative Design, Digital Campaign Management, Marketing Automation, and Digital Operations.
The Opportunity:
• Coordinate the operation of the subchapter; onboard and develop team members by providing coaching and other support to maintain the high effectiveness of assigned activities related to the Channels & Publishing Chapter managed within the Global Digital Hub. Ensure the team members have the required proficiency to execute work packages, deliver the objectives, and seek ways of continuously improving
• Responsible for resource management and continuous monitoring of resource utilization and customer satisfaction within the subchapter
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different Chapters and Subchapters and other RSS organizations for business impact and to deliver on business and RSS strategies
• Accountable for and fostering the capability development of the team members
• Find, attract, develop, and retain talent commensurate with evolving functions and business needs, reflecting the diverse world around us at all levels
• Business Process Management: As a center of excellence, establish process governance principles and maintain proper documentation within the scope of responsibility
Who you are:
• 7+ years of experience working in digital operations for large organizations, agencies, or startups
• 3+ years of experience in people development, coaching, and leadership with end-to-end accountability (incl. big picture and impact understanding, engaging others to ensure a successful outcome)
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential. Additional languages are a plus, based on region/customer requirements
• Successfully navigating complex, multicultural, and highly matrix environments with project and change management skills
