The Pulmonology Thought Leader Liaison, Dupilumab role is a field-based, marketing role (non-sales focused) position working closely with Pulmonology U.S Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and cross-functional partners. A TLL will work closely with other field professionals including but not limited to sales, marketing, medical, and value and access. The behaviors that are critical for success include collaboration, communication, relationship building. The Pulmonology TLLs will report directly to the Head of Pulmonology Thought Leader Liaison. All TLL interactions are within label, and consistent with commercial compliance, legal and regulatory guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:
• Identify, , cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs within the pulmonology community to conduct substantial, on-label business conversations.
• Align with cross functional teams, the TLL orchestrates resources against the strategic brand plans driven by marketing.
• Share KOL insights with marketing and senior leadership and provide feedback to commercial leadership on various topics (directed insights) as requested.
• Measure KOL advocacy aligned to key brand messages.
• Enhance KOL advocacy through compliant engagements with senior leaders, medical, marketing and other internal brand partners.
• A TLL is expected to compliantly collaborate and communicate with the field commercial team on each assigned KOL to ensure strategic and tactical cohesiveness.
• The TLL serves as the point of contact to for the KOLs to the organization and is responsible for collaborating with field sales for promotional program scheduling with speakers.
• Assisting with on-label KOL development, including speakers, with approved decks and materials in collaboration with Medical Science Liaisons.
• Plan and execute KOL engagements and executive encounters during field engagements, local, regional and national conferences, POAs, and other venues in a complaint manner.
• Provide speaker recommendations to marketing when requested; identify emerging opinion leaders.
• Execute a customer centric needs based approach with targeted KOLs.
About you: Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver’s license
• Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory, or within a reasonable distance as determined by the HTLL
• Ability to travel 60-80%; could be more/less based on geography
• Respiratory or biologic experience
• A minimum of five years of work experience in one or more of the following: field sales, product marketing, or medical / clinical experience in the same or related therapeutic area within the pharmaceutical / biotech industry

• Ability to execute against strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines

The salary range for this position is: $146.250,00 - $211.250,00 All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs, and additional benefits information can be found here.
