Basic / Minimum Qualifications: • Medical degree is required • 5+ years in Medical Affairs or clinical development in global position in oncology • 5+ years of oncology experience required including experience with rare tumor types such as desmoid tumors, neurofibromatosis-related tumors, or tenosynovial giant cell tumors. • 8+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience in medical affairs, clinical development, research and development, or evidence generation. • Demonstrated experience developing and executing evidence generation strategies, including interventional studies, real word evidence, and investigator-sponsored research. Preferred Qualifications: • Proven ability to work independently and influence outcomes within matrixed, cross-functional teams. • Experience developing evidence plans, medical gap analyses, or evidence generation strategies across the product lifecycle. • Experience supporting advisory boards, scientific exchange initiatives, and external stakeholder engagements. Pay Range for this position: $213,600.00 - $320,400.00 The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
