• 6 –10+ years of hands-on experience in Empower CDS administration, global setup, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support. • Perform global Empower CDS/GCDS setup and configuration across multiple sites. • Configure Empower projects, systems, users, roles, privileges, and security settings. • Support Empower Enterprise/Network architecture, database and application components. • Knowledge of Empower security, user management, projects, systems, privileges, and administration. • Experience with LACE configuration and troubleshooting. • Understanding of CDS infrastructure, databases, application servers, and network dependencies. • Experience supporting GxP / regulated laboratory environments. • Experience with integrations involving SDMS, LIMS, instruments, and other laboratory systems. • Manage global templates, standards, configuration baselines, and site-specific requirements. • Support LACE configuration and integration with Empower environments where applicable. • Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for Empower application and configuration issues. • Coordinate with Waters/vendor teams for complex technical issues and product-related problems. • Support new site deployments, migrations, upgrades, and system validations. • Ensure configurations follow global standards, GxP requirements, and applicable compliance procedures. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, configuration documents, and knowledge articles. • Support incident, problem, and change management activities. • Participate in implementation projects and provide technical guidance to junior team members. • Support system performance, stability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
