Job Title: Associate Director, Market Development Location: Cambridge, MA

About the Job The Associate Director, Market Development for the Frexalimab Global Franchise supports and executes integrated market development and disease education strategies to support best-in-class commercialization of frexalimab in Multiple Sclerosis, with potential for future expansion across additional indications. The role is responsible for implementing market shaping initiatives through direct engagement with neurologists, MS thought leaders, and other key stakeholders including the orchestration of strong engagement presence at key neurology congresses.

This role translates strategic direction into high-impact execution across disease education, stakeholder engagement, serving as a key partner to the Market Development Lead Frexalimab, Global Brand Lead, Regional Marketing teams and Regional medical teams.

Main Responsibilities MS Market Development Strategy & Execution

• Execute non-promotional market development strategies as outlined from Global market development lead in MS through direct engagement with clinicians, thought leaders, centers of excellence and the neurology community, focused on disease education, scientific exchange, and pre-launch market shaping

• Execute broad scale, integrated, multi-year, disease education strategies aimed to partner with and engage stakeholders as we advance the management of MS together.

• Support Sanofi's presence at key MS/neurology congresses, including commercial disease education symposia, booth interactions, and integrated engagement plans

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Regional Partnership

• Partner with Global Market Development Lead MS, Global Brand Lead, Global Cross indication lead, Global Medical, Training, and Regional Marketing to deliver unbranded peer-to-peer education and speaker programs, ensuring consistent non-promotional narratives across all HCP touchpoints

• Ensuring insights from the field continuously inform and sharpen the frexalimab pre-launch approach

• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Patient Advocacy, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory to ensure all field activities are aligned and compliant

About You Required

• Bachelor's degree required;

• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech market development, sales , account management, marketing, or medical education

• Hands-on experience with congresses, peer-to-peer programs, and speaker bureaus

• Experience with KOL engagement and compliant contracting processes

• MS/Neurology Pre-launch and Product launch experience

• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, global organization

• Strong execution focus with consistently shown ability to deliver against and beyond targets set

• High ethical standards and ability to work independently across global and local teams

Preferred

• Multiple Sclerosis or neurology experience

• Proven ability to work with and partner with MS specialists and Key opinion leaders

• Familiarity with MS clinical endpoints (MRI lesions, relapse rates, disability progression) and evolving science in MS with ability to translate clinical data into market development narratives

• Knowledge of FMV, Sunshine Act, and HCP compliance requirements

• Event management experience
