Job Title: Senior Market Access Manager Location: Barangaroo, Australia Job Type: Permanent
Purpose of Role Drive Market Access for Sanofi products in ANZ by
• Developing and executing robust and effective pricing and reimbursement strategies and tactics
• Leveraging knowledge of the pricing, reimbursement and health policy environment to provide strategic advice to the business to identify opportunities, mitigate risk and optimise access
• Building relationships with key internal and external Market Access stakeholders
Priorities Pricing and Reimbursement
• Develop robust and effective market access strategies
• Undertake reimbursement feasibility assessments and evidence planning
• Prepare high-quality pricing and reimbursement submissions to the PBAC, MSAC and PHARMAC or other relevant HTA bodies
• Work with Portfolio Leads and Head of Market Access to develop work plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality submissions and other key outputs
• Coordinate pricing and listing processes
• Coordinate the preparation of responses to post-market cost-effectiveness/drug utilisation reviews and other initiatives which impact Sanofi products
• Support Industry initiatives and consultations related to Market Access, reimbursement or pricing
• Keep abreast of developments in the pricing, reimbursement and health policy environment
Stakeholder Engagement and Management
• Build effective relationships with Sanofi Regional and Global stakeholders for Market Access and other relevant functions to leverage opportunities for collaboration and to obtain support for ANZ Market Access requirements and objectives
• Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and actively participate in relevant cross functional teams, providing strategic support to brand teams and business units
• Build effective relationships with key external stakeholders (e.g. Department of Health personnel, Market Access KoLs) to support Sanofi reimbursement and Market Access objectives
Other
• Raise awareness and understanding of internal and external customers on health economics methodology and PBS processes.
• Represent Sanofi on industry bodies e.g. Medicines Australia as required
• Assist with project planning, budgeting, procurement process for external consultants and vendors and logistics for the Department as required.

Person Profile Essential Skills and Experience Essential Qualifications
• Three years or more experience in Health Economics/Market Access in the Pharmaceutical industry or in related healthcare sector, which includes leading the development of market access strategies and preparation of pricing and reimbursement submissions
• Excellent Project Management and organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Solid understanding of the pricing and reimbursement processes and policy environment in Australia/New Zealand Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Undergraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. Science, pharmacy, economics)
Desirable Skills and Experience Desirable Qualifications
• Experience across therapeutic areas
• Post-graduate qualifications in Health Economics, Biostatistics, Public Health, Epidemiology or other relevant discipline is preferred but not essential
