Warehouse Operations
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse
• Support order fulfillment and shipment preparation activities
• Conduct inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock records
• Learn and follow proper warehouse safety and handling procedures
Supply Chain Support
• Help track shipments and monitor delivery schedules
• Assist in coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners
• Support documentation and record-keeping for shipments
• Help identify and resolve logistics issues
Administrative Tasks
• Prepare reports and data entry related to warehouse operations
• Assist with organizing and filing logistics documentation
• Support the team with general administrative duties as needed
• Help maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
Process Improvement
• Observe current processes and suggest improvements
• Participate in training on warehouse management systems
• Support process optimization initiatives
Required Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
