Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Science, Construction Management, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in facilities, construction, manufacturing, chemicals, or the semiconductor industry, with a focus on gas and chemical systems OR • High School Diploma or GED with 10+ years of relevant work experience • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in facilities, construction, manufacturing, chemicals, or the semiconductor industry, with a focus on gas and chemical systems • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and build high-performing teams Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree in Engineering, Chemical Science, Construction Management, or a related field • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies • In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in project management tools and software • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to gas and chemical systems in semiconductor manufacturing Benefits with our team include: • Comprehensive, paid, on the job training program that allows our employees to quickly learn critical technical skills to excel in this role and rapidly progress in their careers. • Excellent benefits including a starting vacation allowance of 3 weeks, 6% 401k match programs and medical, dental and vision benefit coverage on day one of employment! • Tuition assistance program Pay Range for this position: $144,000 - $170,000 The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
