The Position Job Summary: The job holder ensures to meet/perform - Develop and execute experiments to assess product performance according to the established guidelines - Implement, and validate technologies related to IVD product performance verification assays - Use good documentation practices for all test results - Compliance with valid SOPs and safety rules - Take responsibility on routine lab equipment maintenance

Main Tasks & Responsibilities: - Development, implementation and evaluation for IVD related assays - Participate in routine laboratory work to prepare samples for validation studies - Deliver product performance validation data on schedule and within specification - Good data processing and recording in accordance with established guidelines and protocols - Collaborate with other colleagues to maintain an efficient working environment - Perform routine lab equipment maintenance according to established guidelines - Communicate progress with line manager and/or department head and other researchers

Who are You: - Bachelor/Master degree in natural sciences. Preferred Master degree in biology, biochemistry, clinical chemistry or related subjects - For Bachelor degree, 2-3 years of post-degree experience in R&D or related functional area. For Master degree, 0-2 years of post-degree experience in R&D or related functional area. Preferred experience in clinical laboratory setting - Native or professional in Chinese, oral and written - Good command in English, oral and written - Hands on experience in laboratory work for IVD or relative industry - Familiar with common office software - Good written and oral communication skills and organizational skills - Ability to carry out laboratory procedures, tests, and analyses required in the work and to interpret results obtained - Ability to maintain records related to the work - Team player with the ability to work on their own initiative - Hands-on experience with IVD is desired
