requirements

• Experience: 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP configuration, with at least 2–3 full-cycle end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations. 2 to 3 years of experience in people management • S/4HANA Innovations: Strong familiarity with modern innovations like the Universal Journal, Material Ledger, Group Reporting, and Central Finance. • Integration Knowledge: Advanced understanding of how financial data flows through supply chain, sales, and manufacturing modules. • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills to explain complex technical designs to non-technical executive teams. • Problem-Solving: Proven capacity to manage risks, track project timelines, resolve architectural defects, and make strategic data-driven decisions. • Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, BE, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CA equivalents are highly desired). • Certifications: SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP FICO Certification is the value addition • Preferred Certifications: Project Management certifications (such as PMP, Scrum Master etc) is a value addition What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
