Key Responsibilities & Skills
• Experience / knowledge of transactional Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) processes and systems, Technical proficiency with appropriate Procurement systems and tools.
• Basic analytical skills.
• Process oriented.
• Proficient in use of computer (Microsoft Suite,Google Suite)
• Demonstrated effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
• Highly motivated, results focused and act with a high sense of urgency
• Interface professionally and maintain good rapport with requestors, stakeolders, and suppliers alike
• Teamplayer
• Open to flexible alternate working hours (possible East Coast hours)
Who you are Requirements
• 2-3 Years SAP experience
• 2-3 years Procurement SC-PO related experience
• 2-3 years Invoice Block Resolution experience
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• English(B2) and Spanish require
Education
• University Degree (In Progress or Completed) on Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any related field
Desired Skills
• Biotech/Pharma experience helpful.
• Numeric, with analytical skills and creative problem solving capabilities
• Experience in executing process improvement opportunities
• Flexible and open to change, ability to embrace and support process change
