Job Description
HCP public education : The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for HCP public education initiatives within the Consumer Team, bridging HCP and consumers through innovative educational formats. This role requires a unique blend of consumer insights, FMCG expertise, and HCP engagement experience to drive impactful education strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• HCP Ecosystem Understanding: Map and analyze the full HCP public education landscape, including academic congresses, associations, digital platforms, and social media.
• Innovative Education Formats: Design and implement creative approaches to educate HCPs (e.g., congress activations, digital platforms, social media innovations, interactive content).
• Public education via HCP: Enable and inspire HCPs to engage consumers with credible, accessible education.
• Consumer Insights Application: Translate consumer behavior and needs into actionable education strategies, leveraging FMCG industry best practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, agencies, medical affairs, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and track the effectiveness of HCP education initiatives.
