Job Description
In particular, the assignments of selected candidate will cover:
• Supporting BUs in managing the meetings & congresses organized by our company or by 3rd Parties.
• Establishing robust knowledge of internal processes, act as internal Center of Excellence
• Acting as Compliance Champion - preparation of Compliance-related requests in internal systems, driving compliance check for vendors, assisting field force and other business activity owners with the required steps
• Ensure all internal process is made accurately and on time, with all the necessary compliance requirements
• Issuing purchase orders and payments requests. Managing invoice accounting, processing purchase orders and work directly with suppliers ensuring good communication between both parties
• Issuing contracts and driving internal compliance process
• Verification of received documents (invoices, quotations, offers etc.), checking payment runs and overdue payments.
Required qualifications
• Fluent Polish and English language
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude. Strong ownership and business acumen
• Team player, strong communication skills
• Min 2 years of experience in similar role, preferably in the Health Care industry
• Demonstrated motivation and focus on achieving measurable, tangible result.
• Customer focus, excellent customer relationship
• Advanced PC literacy - proficient use of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and IT assets in general
• Willingness to keep learning
