服从公司政策管理, 遵守公司着装规范以及行为守则。管理生产团队依据生产计划保质保量完成生产任务。 Key Responsibilities主要职责 Production/生产
• Arrange production according to plan, organize resources and display production tasks.
• Be responsible for daily production management and solving all kinds of problems in the process.
• Be responsible for skill training, skill development and performance assessment.
• Be responsible for summarizing production data and report
• Maintain workshop 5S with team.
Safety/安全
• Manage team to abide by workshop safety requirement .
• Learn the classification of safety accidents, report process and treatment process.
• Participate in safety Kaizen and shift safety activity.
• Encourage team numbers to report potential safety issues and create safety environment.
Quality/质量
• Manage team to abide by product quality policy.
• Learn product rework, abnormal treatment process and so on.
• Investigate quality incidents related to quality.
Equipment/设备
• Know TPM knowledge and do AM according to AM plan.
Complete other tasks arranged by direct supervisors Having Molding experience is better. Reading and oral English needed.
Requirements岗位需求
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Proven experience in team management or supervisory roles.
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
