JOB DESCRIPTION Medical REPRESENTATIVE East Reporting District Manager Objectives

• Achieves the established goals for the district/area, such as sales, market share, and doctor calls.

• Listens and responds appropriately to customer needs and maintains a positive impression.

• Maintains the required technical expertise, including competitive product knowledge.

• Uses accurate communication and proper medical terminology.

• Plans and organizes daily sales call activities.

• Develops and implements alternative operating plans to achieve objectives accordingly, taking daily decisions after weighing alternatives and their consequences.

• Works under the daily direction of the District Manager and closely with other field force representatives.

• Cooperates with various headquarters departments when necessary.

• Maintains a positive working relationship with external contacts.

Requirements

• Trilingual ability.

• Medical degree.

• Computer skills are a must.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing.

• Interpersonal skills and flexibility.

• Consistent with Pfizer's core values.

• Ability to communicate fluently with people outside the organization.

• Reporting skills.
