Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Secondary Sales Compilation (Device-wise)
• Compile and validate secondary sales data mapped against installed devices
• Ensure accurate linkage between device installation and product consumption
• Identify data gaps and coordinate with field teams for corrections
2. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales Managers and field teams to collect and validate data
• Support coordination for timely updates and reporting
3. Device Issuance Tracking
• Maintain and update device issuance tracker
• Monitor status of installed, pending, and newly issued devices
• Highlight discrepancies and delays
4. Device Agreement Management
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of device agreements
• Verify completeness and compliance of agreements
• Follow up for pending or incorrect documentation
5. Data & Documentation Compilation
• Organize and maintain device-related data and supporting documents
• Create structured repositories for easy access and audit readiness
6. Dashboard & Reporting
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and MIS reports
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management reviews
• Generate insights and trends for business discussions
7. Management Review Support and Spare Parts for Devices
• Prepare data packs for monthly/periodic reviews
• Present key findings and support senior team during discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred) in Business, Analytics, or related field
• Technical Skills (Mandatory): • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, Data Cleaning, Basic Dashboards)
• PowerPoint for professional presentations and reporting
• Core Competencies: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent data handling and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination ability
• Ability to manage multiple data streams and deadlines
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Experience in Sales MIS / Business Analytics
• Basic understanding of dashboarding tools (Power BI etc)
