The Manager, Business Performance & Operations Transformation will support this mission by executing transformation initiatives, enabling change management activities, and driving continuous improvement across Operations. This role will lead a team based in India (approximately 6–8 team members) responsible for supporting transformation programs, change management efforts, and Continuous Improvement 2.0 (CI 2.0) mindset (CI + AI). The Manager will partner with global stakeholders to ensure effective execution, consistency of approach, and delivery of measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Transformation Initiatives: Support the delivery of transformation programs by translating strategic priorities into structured workplans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution.

• Team Leadership & Delivery Management: Lead and develop a team responsible for supporting transformation, change management, and continuous improvement 2.0; ensure high-quality, consistent deliverables and effective workload management.

• Change Management Support: Drive change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, and adoption tracking to enable successful program outcomes.

• Continuous Improvement 2.0 (CI 2.0): Promote a culture of continuous improvement and AI by identifying opportunities, supporting process enhancements, and leveraging standard methodologies and tools.

• Program Support & Governance: Support program governance through status tracking, reporting, risk identification, and issue resolution; maintain dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into progress and impact.

• Data & Reporting Enablement: Leverage data, analytics, and reporting tools to monitor performance, generate insights, and support decision-making.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Operations and other functions to align on priorities, gather requirements, and ensure effective delivery of transformation initiatives.

• Capability & Process Support: Contribute to the development and maintenance of tools, templates, and frameworks that enable consistent execution of transformation and improvement efforts.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant business/operations experience

• OR Master’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in operational strategy, performance management, or management consulting.

• Experience supporting transformation, operations improvement, or change management initiatives

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Experience working with global or distributed teams

• Experience in leveraging digital platforms, data, and analytics to generate actionable insights

• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement skills, problem-solving, and change management skills
