You will report to the Manager, Development Supply Chain, and support the Development Supply Chain Technologies team (DSCT) in managing a customized ERP system designed to distribute investigational products to clinical sites. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to ensure that processes are dependable, compliant, and accurate, while also enhancing discipline, process rigor, and transparency.

Performance & Process Management

• Keep business process related procedures up to date and inspection ready.

• Support root cause analysis and ongoing process improvement initiatives.

• Support the global team during audits and inspections.

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

• Collaborate with Clinical Supply Chain, Clinical Study Teams, Quality, and DTI.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure execution in compliance with all applicable regulatory guidelines and Amgen procedures.

• Provide support for deviation management, change control processes, risk assessments, and ensuring inspection readiness.

Roles & Responsibilities

Under general guidance of (Sr.) Manager/Manager, manage the following key responsibilities:

• Manage intake process for tickets in ServiceNow assigned to the DSCT resolver group by allocating tickets appropriately and categorizing them by root cause for metrics tracking and visibility.

• Monitor Clinical Data Quality reports to uphold SAP system data integrity.

• Oversee and update Clinical Customer Master data within the SAP system to ensure precise and timely shipment of finished clinical goods to designated sites.

• Help manage the DSCT team dashboard and attend weekly team meetings.

• Attend DSCT weekly system issue meetings.

• Help oversee the resolution of shipment issues for Investigational Product to clinical sites and aid in the reconciliation process.

Functional Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficient in SAP Order to Cash and/or Plan to Stock processes.

• Experienced with information systems management platforms, such as Service Now.

• Proficient in using data query tools such as Syniti and Power BI.

• Experienced with process automation tools, robotic process automation, and basic artificial intelligence (AI) functions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with 5+ years of ERP or Information Systems experience
