You are a structured, proactive, and collaborative project management professional who is equally comfortable leading complex transformation projects and engaging with senior stakeholders. You bring: • 3–5 years of overall professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a project leadership role. • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in business process effectiveness or development. • Proven track record of leading and managing end-to-end Transformation projects (Lift & Shift / Lift & Transform) with teams of 20–50 FTE or more. • Experience delivering Non-Complex Program Transformation and Strategic Global Enterprise-level initiatives in Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, or Technology. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to present clearly and confidently to senior and executive leadership. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in complex, international, and cross-functional environments. • Solid command of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) and tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or SmartSheet. • Experience in IT, HR, Global Procurement (P2P), or Finance Service Center/Operations. • Background in Contact Centers, Technology Shared Services, or GBS Transformation environments. • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA or Workday. • PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) is a strong advantage. • Exposure to business development or client-facing activities in a professional services or GBS context.
