• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or technical discipline, preferably in life sciences, data management, or a related field. • You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, with a demonstrated track record of delivering end-to-end data management activities for global clinical trials. • You bring strong project management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively on studies and projects of varying complexity. • You have experience coordinating global, cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, including managing day-to-day CRO/vendor activities and resolving operational issues. • You are proficient in clinical data management systems and tools, with sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and good practices in clinical data management. • You have experience with clinical trial data standards, including CDISC, and understand the requirements for complete, accurate, and submission-ready clinical data packages. • You are committed to continuous personal and professional development and bring relevant external insights to support innovation, process improvement, and the effective implementation of data management standards and processes. • Experience with Risk Based Data Monitoring and Management is preferred. Experience using or supporting the implementation of automation, advanced analytics, and/or AI-enabled solutions in clinical data management is an advantage.
