About the Job The Haemophilia Area Commercial Lead is a field-based, commercially focused individual contributor responsible for driving Qfitlia adoption and revenue delivery within an assigned geographic area. This role is at the forefront of Sanofi's Haemophilia launch in India — engaging directly with haematologists, Haemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs), and key decision makers to build awareness, drive prescription initiation, and ensure patient access to Qfitlia. The role demands a highly motivated, scientifically credible, and commercially astute professional who can navigate the complex haemophilia treatment ecosystem and deliver results in a launch environment. Sanofi is now entering the Haemophilia space with Qfitlia — a path-breaking therapeutic solution for Haemophilia A and B. The Haemophilia Area Commercial Lead role is based in the region and involves regularly identifying, managing, and reviewing business strategy and specific sales objectives, ensuring customer needs and expectations are routinely addressed to attain revenue goals. This role drives growth through building a strong value proposition for Sanofi's Qfitlia in Haemophilia and by taking proactive measures for market access and patient benefit. It is an individual contributing role with strong cross-functional collaborative skills. This role directly engages with HCPs, understands their needs and preferences, and implements strategies that enhance customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities The role is responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets, and driving performance and engagement as well as planning and deploying financial and other resources for business growth aligned to companies’ policy and objectives Sales and Business Development

• Achieve sales objectives for assigned brands and achieve goals for region along with delivering on portfolio mix as set by the organization

• Conduct Face to Face or digital interactions with HCPs to promote Rare Disease awareness and Promotion of Sanofi products.

• Track and analyse sales performance metrics to generate business insights and accurate forecasting.

• Monitor market share of brand vis-à-vis the competitors align local tactics to national strategies and provide regular feedback to marketing on effectiveness of their strategies.

CRM and Sales Force Effectiveness

• Adhere to guidance on HCP reach, call load, call average along with OCCP plan, CPA for A and B customers to ensure effective communication and engagement of customers through Face to Face and Digital Channels.

• Record customer interactions andinsights in CRM system

Product Knowledge, Communication and Promotional Plan Execution

• Support marketing in devising local campaigns/ initiatives to expand market share (specific communication/ drive, medical/ scientific symposium, specific strategy with key accounts) and support relevant MR activities.Organize, implement and review rollouts of sales tactics through monthly Promotional Cycle and align all stakeholders to drive demand generation and sales realizationDeep understanding of the Products and Portfolio assigned- Its Key Differentials vs CompetitionDeliver Clear, Compliant and effective product presentations to healthcare professionals.

Compliance and Ethics

• Ensure all activities comply with Sanofi policy, industry regulations and Local laws.Maintain proper records of all promotional activities and expensesReport adverse drug reactions to Pharmacovigilance within specified time and coordinate with the function in order to resolve/handle the situation.undefined

Hemophilia Business Model

• Understand pilars of Hemophilia business, Bleeding guidelines from World Hemophilia Federation and funding channels like Central and state funding, ESIC, Army, CGHS and Railways and other CARE segment.Ensure Strategic Account Management Practices and implement through multistakeholder engagement to ensure Sanofi is viewed as a value partner for Rare disease therapy areasHave deep stakeholder understanding for each account to understand the access to therapy for rare diseaseCollaborate closely with Marketing , Medical Affairs, Market Access, Tender Team, Trade team and Public affairs team to ensure building favorable ecosystem for Health care professionals and key decision makers to support rare disease treatment

About you

• Education: Graduate degree in Science/Pharmacy

• Experience: 7–10 years in Pharma/Channel/Institutional Sales Experience in Haemophilia, rare disease, or specialty care is preferable Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and drive patient-level outcomes

• Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead by example, fostering a “Customer First” / Customer centric culture within the team and across the organization. A deep commitment to understanding and prioritizing the customer’s needs and preferences. Demonstrated experience in implementing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty is essential. Flexibility to adapt strategies in real-time based on customer feedback and market changes, and creativity in finding new ways to engage and delight customers. Ability and mindset to adapt to new ways of working such as Agile. Leveraging Agile methodologies for cross-team project and initiatives.
