Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.

The Opportunity:

The Marketing Director will build and lead the marketing function responsible for developing and executing commercialization strategies to support the launch of Revolution Medicines products in Spain. This role will work closely with local cross-functional partners, including Market Access, Sales, and Medical Affairs, to ensure customer needs, evidence generation, pricing, reimbursement, and market dynamics are reflected in launch planning and execution.

This office-based leader will shape and execute marketing plans, translate strategic priorities into impactful initiatives, and assess market opportunities, customer needs, treatment challenges, healthcare system dynamics, competitive developments, diagnostic barriers, and advocacy needs. The Marketing Director will lead key marketing projects, including customer-facing materials, congress activities, campaigns, training resources, and field force tools that strengthen engagement with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and tactical plans to support commercialization of the Revolution Medicines portfolio in Spain.

• Collaborate with global, European, and local cross-functional teams, including Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and commercialization partners, to maximize product value in Spain and Portugal.

• Generate market insights to inform commercial strategy, tactical execution, product forecasts, and launch planning.

• Partner with Medical Affairs to support an integrated scientific and thought leadership strategy.

• Localize and implement European strategy through relevant programs and channels, including events, webinars, congresses, content, direct mail, and digital advertising.

• Develop innovative, value-added initiatives that address market challenges, unmet needs, and opportunities.

• Lead affiliate congress planning and execution in alignment with European guidelines.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, key customers, and patient advocates.

• Develop aligned messaging, communication plans, promotional materials, scientific resources, and field force tools in line with strategic objectives.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, stakeholder insights, therapeutic hurdles, and emerging opportunities.

• Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of Revolution Medicines staff.

• Visibly embody corporate Core Values while cultivating an energized team culture focused on patient impact.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

• Advanced degree, such as an MBA, PhD, MD, or equivalent, in biotechnology, life sciences, business administration, or another relevant field.

• 10+ years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with marketing, sales, or product planning experience and a focus on oncology.

• Successful track record launching and commercializing products in Spain.

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international setting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, organizational, technical, and project management skills.

• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, customer interaction, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other external stakeholders.

• Ability to translate scientific understanding and customer insights into creative, effective promotional approaches.

• Comfort operating independently and executing strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines.

• Flexible, pragmatic team player who can manage ambiguity, evolving priorities, and financial budgets in a fast-growing organization.

• Ability to deliver compelling presentations to individuals and groups, adapting messaging to maximize engagement.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
