The Marketing Operations Manager will support the T1D marketing organization by coordinating promotional review activities, enabling cross-functional content operations, and ensuring consistency across branded and unbranded materials. Reporting to the Senior Director, Patient Marketing & Commercialization Acceleration, this role will serve as a key operational partner across patient, healthcare professional (HCP), and non-personal promotional initiatives. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly matrixed pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with an understanding of promotional review processes, content governance, and commercial execution. Key Responsibilities

Promotional Review & Content Operations

• Coordinate end-to-end MLR/RC review activities across patient, HCP, and non-personal promotional materials.

• Manage submission timelines, routing, status tracking, and stakeholder communication to support efficient review cycles.

• Partner with Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Digital, and agency teams to ensure high-quality submissions and timely resolution of review comments.

• Maintain promotional review documentation, content repositories, and associated governance processes.

• Support training and guidance related to promotional review best practices, submission requirements, and system/process expectations.

Content Governance & Message Consistency

• Maintain approved claims libraries, message matrices, and content tagging frameworks.

• Help ensure consistency of messaging, claims usage, and supporting references across promotional materials.

• Monitor content updates and coordinate implementation of approved changes across applicable assets and channels.

• Assist with periodic audits and reconciliations to confirm that only active, approved materials remain in market use.

• Support incorporation of foundational components in internal AI/creative systems

Cross-Functional Coordination & Business Support

• Serve as a central point of coordination across brand, patient marketing, HCP marketing, commercialization, digital, and field-facing teams.

• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

• Support agency management activities including asset updates, review coordination, and execution tracking.

• Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve overall content quality.

• Support integrated marketing planning and operational execution across the T1D portfolio.

• Assist with budget tracking, project documentation, meeting coordination, and reporting as needed.

• Maintain a strong understanding of T1D commercial strategy, key customer audiences, and promotional objectives to help enable effective execution.

• Lead the development and execution of content operations plans, establishing priorities, timelines, roles, and governance across cross-functional workstreams.

• Proactively identify and resolve operational risks, resource constraints, and competing priorities, escalating critical issues and recommending solutions to leadership.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess review-cycle efficiency, content quality, and operational effectiveness, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related highly regulated industry commercial experience.

• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional review (MLR/RC) processes.

• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience working within content management or review systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PromoMats or similar promotional review platforms.

• Familiarity with promotional compliance requirements and FDA-regulated marketing environments.

• Experience supporting both patient and HCP promotional initiatives.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
