requirements

• Bachelor/master’s degree in IT, computer sciences or business with additional qualifications in technology • 5+ years of experience in HR SuccessFactors with recent 3+ years of implementation experience in latest SuccessFactors Performance & Goal management modules • Proven knowledge and expertise in practical application of SAP SuccessFactors through multiple end-to-end implementations of Annual & continuous Performance processes • Nice to have hands on experience in the SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central or Compensation & Variable Pay modules with latest templates • Knowledge of SuccessFactors best practices, coding standards and governance • Excellent knowledge of implementation methodologies (e.g. Agile, SCRUM) • Knowledge of SuccessFactors administration, release management, and deployment expertise across various tools • Ability to analyze complex systems as well as troubleshoot and isolate system issues • Relevant certification of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, Compensation & Variable Pay. • Fluent in English • Demonstrates high learning agility and excitement for picking up new modules or other HR applications.
