This is an opportunity to recruit for specialized and unique roles in the Italian and UK&I market within the pharmaceutical industry, including medical and clinical positions. You will also be responsible for hiring across Italy and the UK, where we have production sites as well as Global HUBs (IT, AI, Sales, Marketing, and Innovation). The recruitment projects are diverse, encompassing areas such as manufacturing, engineering, quality management, sales, specialized IT, and many other roles.

Tasks & Responsibilities

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

• Leading end-to-end recruiting processes and collaborating closely with business stakeholders and HR Business Partners,

• Acting as an expert in the market, capable of attracting and selecting the most suitable candidates using a broad range of identification and assessment approaches,

• Actively identifying and contacting candidates for open vacancies and pipelines, screening incoming applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating contractual conditions,

• Independently prioritizing work, managing deliverables, and meeting timelines,

• Developing and deciding on the appropriate recruitment strategies.

About our future employee

You should speak Italian & English fluently (min. C1 level) and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting (in-house or agency). Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• Completed higher education, preferably in HR or related fields

• Proven skills in people assessment and advanced interview techniques

• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships

• Strong empathy, team spirit, accountability and service orientation

• A positive mindset with the ability to contribute ideas in our Speak‑Up culture and participate in process optimization

• Ability to address complex issues with a solution‑oriented working style (e.g., within the HR three‑pillar model)

• Knowledge of an additional European language (preferably Spanish) will be a strong advantage.
