Medical Representative - CVRM

Business Development & Sales

JOB MAIN PURPOSE:

To drive sustainable business growth for the CVRM portfolio by executing high-quality scientific engagements and customer interactions, ensuring optimal product understanding and usage among HCPs. This role plays a key part in expanding market coverage, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to brand strategy execution in alignment with company objectives and compliance requirements.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve sales, volume, growth, and market share targets for assigned CVRM brands within the responsible territory.

• Conduct effective scientific engagements and tailored Patient-Focused Interactions with HCPs based on their needs and medical priorities.

• Fully utilize Veeva CRM for planning, executing, and recording customer interactions to enhance quality and frequency of engagements.

• Monitor and report competitor activities, market trends, and prescribing behaviors to the First Line Sales Manager (FLSM) to support timely strategic responses.

• Organize and coordinate scientific events (e.g., CMEs, group meetings, scientific updates) in alignment with brand strategies.

• Continuously update medical knowledge, product information, treatment guidelines, and competitive landscape to enhance scientific credibility.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams by providing market insights and contributing to the execution of MCCP strategies.

• Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, industry codes, and company policies.

YOUR KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or other relevant healthcare disciplines.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry; CVRM experience is a strong advantage.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts in prescription-driven therapy areas.

• Strong communication and scientific detailing skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• Demonstrated capability in territory management, customer engagement, and executing field activities independently.

• Ability to analyze territory performance data and translate insights into actionable plans.

• Experience in organizing medical events and working cross-functionally with internal teams.

• High sense of ownership, accountability, and compliance mindset.
