About The Role: Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Director of Finance and Accounting will play a critical leadership role in overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of Plume. This role will manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and all aspects of the finance and accounting function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial insights. The Director will provide strategic direction and leadership for financial processes, support operational decision-making through financial analysis, and foster a high-performance culture within the finance and accounting teams.
