About the job
As Global Health Economics and Outcome Researcher VIE within our HEVA Analytics team, you’ll contribute to the development of payer-facing materials, scientific publications, and congress presentations related to AATD, support contracting and project management activities and be included in similar activities.

Main responsibilities:
• Manage and execute research studies to support the clinical, economic and humanistic value of our new asset in the AATD therapeutic area (such studies may include, but are not limited to, burden of illness studies, epidemiology, literature reviews, network meta-analyses, retrospective and prospective observational studies, economic evaluations, and patient-reported outcomes).
• Develop a robust evidence generation research plan with the HEVA Business Partner to support pre-launch, launch and post-launch evidence needs.
• Maximize product value propositions from both a global and regional perspective.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Clinical Development, and Regulatory teams.
• Set evidence generation priorities and direction for assigned responsibilities and incorporate these into appropriate planning documents.
About you
Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) is preferred but experience in market access, including in the pharmaceutical industry, consultancy, a Contract Research Organization (CRO), or academia will also be considered.
Soft and technical skills:
• Strong customer focus, project management, and analytical skills to translate clinical and economic information into compelling payer evidence strategies.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration across cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of methods and principles of health economics and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) reviews.
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant methods (e.g., observational data, epidemiology, meta-analysis, indirect treatment comparisons, biostatistics) to demonstrate product value potential.
Education:
• Master's Degree in health economics is strongly preferred.
• Degrees in sciences, pharmacy, public health, epidemiology, health policy, or a related field will be considered as well.
Languages:
• Fluency in English is required. Any recognised certification (TOEIC, IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge) or equivalent demonstrated professional experience in English-speaking environments are a plus.
