requirements

• You hold a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, or Business Administration is preferred. • You bring 5 to 8 or more years of experience in Business Intelligence within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record in commercial analytics, market research, and supporting Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams. • You are proficient in Power BI, advanced Excel, statistical modelling, and machine learning fundamentals for building predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions. Experience in Python and SQL is a plus. • You have hands-on experience developing AI agents, Generative AI solutions, and automation tools — including familiarity with large language model orchestration frameworks and responsible AI governance principles. • You demonstrate the ability to integrate and synthesize multiple commercial data sources — including syndicated market data, CRM platforms, digital analytics, and financial data — into coherent, actionable insights. • You communicate with clarity and confidence, translating complex analytical outputs into strategic narratives for executive audiences, and collaborating effectively across commercial, medical, and digital functions. • You demonstrate AI literacy — including a working understanding of how artificial intelligence technologies function, their practical business applications, ethical considerations such as bias and data privacy, and the governance frameworks that ensure responsible use in a commercial healthcare context. • You are fluent in Spanish (native level) and have advanced business-level proficiency in English.
