Senior Expert External Reporting

requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. • At least 5–7 years of professional experience in auditing or financial reporting at a publicly traded company. • Experience working in an international non-India headquartered organization with teams located across different countries and regions. • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and/or management reporting. • Strong understanding of the annual financial statement process and external reporting requirements. • Experience with disclosure management tools, especially Workiva. • Ability to translate complex problems into actionable steps. • High initiative, structured and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently; strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for drafting and reviewing financial and non-financial content. • Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Proven collaboration skills with teams and stakeholders across functions, regions, and levels. • Experience interacting with external auditors. • Detail-oriented and commitment to high-quality deliverables. • Ability to coordinate reporting deliverables and manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
