Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Life Science, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience. • Demonstrated track record of owning and optimizing enterprise platforms in a complex, matrixed organization. • Strong business analytics skills across data extraction, analysis, dashboard development, KPI reporting, and insight generation. • Hands-on experience with enterprise tools including Foundry, SFDC, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Snowflake, data lakes, royalty management platforms, and contract management systems. • Skilled at interpreting complex datasets, identifying business implications, and delivering concise, insight-driven recommendations that inform strategic decision-making. • Experience using AI-enabled tools or automation to improve analytics, identify patterns, or streamline reporting workflows. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven ability to partner across functions and drive execution in a matrixed organization. Preferred Qualifications: • MBA or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Life Science, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience. • Ability to work across multiple data sources, validate data quality, reconcile discrepancies, and document reporting logic and metric definitions. • Familiarity with complex licensing deal structures, royalty obligations, and downstream financial reporting requirements. • Advanced proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and similar platform and collaboration tools. • Experience applying AI, machine learning, NLP, or generative AI to analytics, reporting automation, anomaly detection, forecasting, or knowledge management use cases. • Experience in regulated or highly governed business environments with strong data integrity and governance practices. • Experience with LEAN, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation. • Skilled at building and presenting clear, insight-driven materials for business stakeholders and leadership. Pay range for this position: $130,000 - $175,000 The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
